Free water every day

Breackfast was only water-coffe and sandwich bread (bad). You have to pay for butter and jam (cheap but not free)

We liked everything about the place

Nice location, quite place, near the shops and bus terminal

Bathroom could be better, some weird smell and small, but overall it was fine for one night

My favourite accommodation in SE asia in 5 weeks. Good shower, comfy bed and very clean room as well. Can't ask more than this.

Great location, quiet, not too far from center but far enough to not be busy, helpful friendly staff able to organize motorbike rental for no charge, clean rooms, free bread/coffee in the morning, fridge & AC in rooms

Loved our stay - I didn't have anything I didn't like

Comfy bed, hot shower and very clean! Little bit farther out from the busier areas but we liked this as it meant it was quieter and we didn’t mind walking, it really isn’t as far as it looks on the map. We also really appreciated the kettle and coffee provided in the lobby area, highly recommend for fantastic value

The location is great, the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. The room was really wide and the bed was comfortable. They also provided breakfast (bread and coffee, chocolate and tea) with the option of buying butter and jam for very cheap. It was really great. Loved our stay here.

There were some spider webs near the door.

Lovely guesthouse, great value for money.

I liked the service provided, the guesthouse is family run. They had all the utilities - washing machines and snacks were available for extra. Overall, value for the money.

It is in the middle of nowhere which would explain why the prices are low. There were cracks in the sink from previous stays.

The staff was very friendly. It was very clean and they helped with renting scooter.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff, great ambient. Inforamtion about the city and attractions were available, which was very helpful. We could store our luggage after we had to check out.

The first thing I have noticed before even arriving to the property, was the details that they pay attention to; they send you a message with every information you would need, the different transportation means that you can take and how much each one would cost ( so u won’t get scammed), and they also have directions in Thai for the drivers who don’t speak English (which is very commun in Chiang Rai) I LOVE THAT. Once you arrive to the property u find a book that has WiFi and all the restaurants/ activities that they recommend for you, and they can help you organise trips or order food from GRAB. (if it is not working on ur phone). the property was very clean and organised. they clean your room every day ( u put a sign u find in your room on the door if u want them to clean it), you have coffee/tea, and Banana for free everyday. the staff are very nice and helpful, and the location is very calm. I loved it. I highly recommend it if anyone have ever visited Chiang Rai.
